If you know me, you know I love Dolly Parton. I’ve done multiple Dolly themed polishes over the years, and I was so sad to hear that she passed away.
When I think of Dolly, I think of the Smoky Mountains and visiting there as a child. I think of my grandpa, who loved her. One of my favorite memories is him taking me to the library to rent one of her CDs, and then we ended up burning a copy of it later, which definitely shows my age.Dolly’s style in the 70’s was my absolute favorite too!
I could go on and on, but Dolly was such an incredible woman. I even named my cat Dolly after her, which is where the polish Toebean Toebean Toebean Toebeannn came from.
✨Smoky Mountain Songbird ✨ is a clear base filled with blue reflective glitter, pink to gold shifting shimmer, holo flakes, and scattered holo. This does dry down with texture since there is reflective glitter in it.
